Jennifer Jerald is the Founder and CEO of Jennifer Jerald Strategies, LLC and the creator of a whole-person approach to personal training and lifestyle change that meets people exactly where they are.
Through her own lived experience, Jennifer learned how to move forward from morbid obesity, chronic health challenges, and years of feeling disconnected from her body. That journey led her to a deep passion for helping others reclaim strength, confidence, and dignity—without restrictive dieting, intimidating gym environment, or shame-based motivation.
With nearly two decades of experience in group fitness and personal training, Jennifer specializes in working with adults who feel overlooked or excluded by traditional fitness spaces—particularly older adults, beginners, and individuals navigating physical limitations, weight concerns, or health transitions. Her work is grounded in safety, simplicity, and nervous-system-aware coaching.
Jennifer’s methods integrate strength training, functional movement, and mindset practices such as diaphragmatic breathing, visualization, and body awareness to support sustainable progress—physically, emotionally, and behaviorally.
